Touristes francais, ne vous laissez pas abuser par l'exterieur austere de cet hotel, ni par l'etat de l'allee d'acces.
Passee cette haute cloture, vous decouvrirez des chambres lumineuses et soignees, un personnel souriant et disponible, malgre la barriere de la langue.
N'hesitez pas a frequenter son restaurant, dont la cuisine est reellement sans reproche.
Je vous avoue que, charme par cette republique et ses habitants, je compte bien y revenir et sejourner de nouveau au Virginia's Hotel.

I would like to thank all of the hotel staff for looking after me
and being very helpful in every kind of way. The girls were always
smiling with no bad moods of any type and I'll continue to use the
service again on my next trip to Yoshkar-Ola. Most residents here
were good people of sound character and gave me a lot of advice.,
etc. The other hotels I have no time for only Virginia hotel,
better than apartment, safe and secure with no noise.
I will keep in contact. Wish you all the very best.

I have had the pleasure of staying in the hotel Virginia for 3 weeks. The staff are wonderful and the most
helpful and friendly I have ever met in Russia. Nothing is too much trouble.
I will not name any individuals for I may miss someone out. They are all equally wonderful people.
I would strongly recommend hotel Virginia to anyone visiting Yoshkar-Ola. You will not find any
more comfortable and enjoyable hotel, even the least expensive room is luxurious!!
